About Your D+I

Hiya! We’re Your D+I — the practical Diversity + Inclusion partner for SMEs, charities and purpose-led teams across the UK. In the last five years we’ve supported 200+ organisations and delivered workshops to 8,000+ people. No 200-page doorstops. No jargon. Just evidence-based audits, clear action plans and lively workshops that actually shift behaviour. Our workshops are a safe space to be educated on topics which sometimes can be difficult to discuss. We like to tackle these topics head on, with a little bit of humour and light hearted sensibility.

Our story

We exist to make inclusion an everyday habit, not a once-a-year training day.
We help you diagnose what’s really going on (audits + data), fix the stuff that blocks progress (policies, hiring, language, reporting), and build the habits that last (manager routines, measures, accountability).

Our sessions are straight-talking, psychologically safe and (yes) a bit fun — because tough topics land better when people feel human, seen and able to ask questions.
