About Your D+I

Your D+I has been delivering workshops, consultancy and Diversity & Inclusion audits to clients from multiple industries. This has given us incredible insights and understanding of the pain points affecting all organisations regardless of size.

Incepted in 2020, we’ve supported 200+ organisations and delivered workshops to 8,000+ people.

We curate our workshops to suit your business, delivering insights from lived experience, not only from Chris our `founder but also the incredible consultants we get to work with. People like Chikere Igbokwe who specialises in race and allyship. Equally Placed our recruitment partners. Jo Major who is the oracle of inclusive recruitment and Jess Sandham delivering excellence with Human by Practice.

Our workshops are a safe space to be educated on topics which sometimes can be difficult to discuss. We like to tackle these topics head on, with a little bit of humour and light hearted sensibility.

Get to know Chris

I’m Chris Allan (he/him), D+I practitioner and founder of Your D+I, with a qualification in Managing Equality, Diversity & Inclusion. I started this work because I’ve seen, and lived, how exclusion harms people and performance. My style? Warm, evidence-led, and allergic to fluff. I’ll help your team move from “good intentions” to measurable change.

After having a long career in sales, retail and Higher education I started Your D+I with a multi industry knowledge. After being fired for my sexuality and witnessing exclusion still today I created Your D+I to support businesses in doing better.

Taking you on the journey through workshops and consultancy. Supporting your business to better and ensuring EDI is not a tick box and is the heartbeat of any business. Without Diversity & Inclusion we lose the heart and soul of our businesses – our people.
